- Redelivery up to a maximum of 3 times before it is deemed failure, upon which
- Conversion of retail sale prices of the items (reflected in invoice) into credit in e-gift card
Example:
- If 1x Cold Whisked Matcha Milk is missing
- Retail sale price = SGD6.3 (after all discounts and promotions)
- We will credit a total of SGD6.3 into credit in e-gift card
